Implantation bleeding happens during the very early stages of pregnancy. My husband and I have been actively trying to conceive since 2017 and I am hoping it comes out to be that I am pregnant. From the 20th to the 26th which is today, my breast are extremely tender. Implantation bleeding was my first clue that I was pregnant.
